Is 52 + 8(2^2-1) all on top and 2*5-6 all on bottom?

if so, then in the numerator (top) do 2^2-1 first which is 3, then do 8(3)=24 + 52 = 76

then do the bottom 2*5=10 - 6=4

then do 76/4 = 19
