x^2 + 9x - 7 = 0
(x^2 + 9x) - 7 = 0
(x + (9/2))^2 - (81/4) - 7 = 0
(x + (9/2))^2 - 109/4 = 0
(x + (9/2))^2 = 109 / 4
x + 9/2 = sqrt(109 / 4) or = -sqrt(109 / 4)
