1 ton is a measure of weight or mass.  Cubic yards are a measure of volume.  They do not equal each other.

If you're asking how many cubic yards are in a ton, that depends on how many cubic yards of what substance we're talking about.  1 ton of air would take up many more cubic yards than 1 ton of water because air is much lighter (less dense) than water.
