1....(x/y)=2/3 or y=(3/2)x....y=1.5x

2...(x-4)/(y-4)=3/5...(x-4)=(3/5)*(y-4)...5(x-4)=3*(y-4)

or 5x-20 =3y-12...5x-3y=20-12...=8

but y=1.5x, so yu hav

5x-3*(1.5x)=8....5x-4.5x=8...0.5x=8

so x=16
