(2/3)z - 3/2 = (3/2)z - 17/3

(2/3)z = (3/2)z - 14/3

(2/3 - 3/2)z = -14/3

(4/6 - 9/6)z = -14/3

(-5/6)z = -14/3

z = -14/3 * -6/5

z = 28/5
