3/(m-3)^2 - 2m/3-m  first get 3 - m in the form of m - 3 multiply the top and bottom by -1.

3/(m-3)^2 - (-1)2m/(-1)(3-m)

3/(m-3)^2 + 2m/(m-3)

multiply by m-3 to get common denominator

3/(m-3)^2 + 2m(m-3)/(m-3)^2

3 + 2m^2 - 6m/(m-3)^2

2m^2 - 6m + 3/(m-3)^2
