by+cz=0 for all values of x, and is a plane at a constant angle to the x-axis, making all points on the plane the same angle to the x-axis. 

If viewed along the x-axis the plane appears edge-on as a single line in the y-z plane. The intersection of the plane is the x-axis itself, because, for example, (0,0,0), (1,0,0), (2,0,0), (3,0,0), etc., all lie on the x-axis, so all points on the plane must be parallel to the x-axis.
