9x^2+4y^2+36x-24y+36=0

9x^2 - 36x  + 36 + 4y^2 - 24y = 0

9(x^2 - 4x  +4) + 4(y^2 -6y + 9) = 0 + 36

9[(x - 2)^2] - 4[(y - 3)^2] = -36
