25 & 4/5 . . . =129/5.....that thang be "FRAKSHUN" in proper guvt krat teech speek . . . =(top number) / (bottom number) . . . krats sae "/" as "divide bi" . . . 129/5=25.8 or 2580% . . . or 25 & 0.8 . . . or 25 with leftover=4 (yer spozed tuno that meen 4/5) . . . or yu kan get integer(25.8)=25 . . . so leftover=number -integer(number)
