Bring all the y terms together: y(0.20-0.10+0.6)-0.1=2. Take 0.1 to the other side (same as adding 0.1 to each side) and treat 0.6 as 0.60 when adding: 0.70y=2.1. If you don't like the decimals, multiply through by 10: 7y=21 and divide through by 7: y=3.
