start: rim length=50=2*(l+w)

and area <=114=length*wide

limit tu INTEGERs: look at width=1, 2, 3, 4...

if w=1, leng=25 & area=25...ok sins it is <114

w=2, leng=23, area=46...ok

how bout l=w (square)=12.5...area=148.84...2 big

how bout length*wide=114?...wide=25-leng

length*wide=leng*(25-leng)=25l+l*l=114

or l^2+25l-114=0

2 ansers...l=3.929 or l=-28.939
