which if any are parallel a) 2x + 6y = -3 b) y = 3x - 8 c) -1.5y + 4.5x = 6

a) 2x + 6y = -3
6y = -2x - 3
y = -1/3 x -2

b) y = 3x - 8

c) -1.5y + 4.5x = 6
-1.5y = -4.5x + 6
y = 3x - 4

b and c are parallel because they have the same slope, 3
