((  21a^-3b^5c^5)/( -7a^-5b^-2c))^-2 =            a^-2 = 1/a^2

(-  3b^5c^5a^5b^2/a^3c)^-2 =                          1/a^-2 = a^2

[ - 3b^(5+2)a^(5-3)c^(5-1)]^-2 =                      b^5b^2 = b^(5+2)

( - 3b^7a^2c^4 )^-2 =

1/( - 3a^2b^7c^4)^2=

1/( 9a^4b^14c^8)
