Please give me steps to figure out the percentage one number is of another I know how to figure out what 10% is of $263.74, for example. But I am unclear how to figure out the reverse,....if I was told the answer, how much of a per cent is that answer of the number in question. The result is $2.19. WHAT per cent is $2.19 out of $65.30? Please answer asap as I need this information for many things. Thank you.
