(5,-7);7x-4y=3
the equation of the line is y=?

7x - 4y = 3
-4y = -7x + 3
y = 7/4 x - 3/4

That's your equation, but the point you show is no where
near the line. Try the values in the original equation and
you find that it doesn't work.

7(5) - 4(-7) = 63, not 3
