what happens to me if I take two instead of one tab of lonart -DS

I am sick ( malaria ) . I went to hospital and I was given lonart-DS. dosage ,stead of one Tablet to be taken twelve hour intermittently. I took two for a start. I want to know the overdose side effect.

bi now yer over NE side affekts, or yer 2 sik tu kare. Many pills tu fite infekshuns start with hi does & then taper off. But em duit with sumthang like...1 pill evree 4 ours in dae 1,.... 2 a dae on dae 2, then 1 a dae til yu run out
