assume girl1 start with x & girl 2 start with y... step 2: giv girl 2 wot her hav at step 1...girl1 hav x-y & girl2 hav 2y... step 3: giv girl 1 wot her hav at step 2...girl 1 hav 2(x-y) & girl 2 hav 2y-(x-y)... 2(x-y)=36=2y-(x-y)=3y-x=36... 2x-2y=36, so x-y=18, y=x-18... 3y-x=36 or 3(x-18)-x=36, 3x-x -54=36... 2x=54+36=90... x=45... y=x-18=27...
