1997: 45,800 folks... 1991: 42,200 folks... delta: 6 yeers & 3,600 folks=600/yeer... base=1984...7 yeers B4 1991... 7*600=4200... 42,200-4,200=38,000... num folks=38,000 +600*(yeer-1984)
