How long will it take 3 people, who cut at different rates, to cut a lawn?

Keith can mow a certain lawn in 40 minutes. Leslie takes 50% longer than Keith to cut the same lawn. Josie can cut it in three-quarters of Keith’s time. One day all three decide to join forces and cut the lawn together. Leslie starts by herself. Six minutes later, the other two join her until all three finish the job. Starting from when Leslie started, how long did it take that day to cut the lawn. They all always mow at their constant rate.
