2x + 3y = -3
2x + 3y = -3
x + 2y =2

(x + 2y) * 2 = 2 * 2
2x + 4y = 4

Subtract equation one from that.

  2x + 4y = 4
-(2x + 3y = -3)
----------------------
          y  = 7

Use that to find x.

x + 2y = 2
x + 2(7) = 2
x + 14 = 2
x = 2 - 14
x = -12

As always, check your answer.

2x + 3y = -3
2(-12) + 3(7) = -3
-24 + 21 = -3
-3 = -3
