round1(2.08)=2.1

round1(1.772)=1.8

round1(9.125)=9.1

Rounding off the tenth of a number is by rounding off the number beside (right) the decimal. In this case 2.08 will become 2.1 Since 8 is higher than 5, the 2.08 will become 2.1 Same goes for the other one: 1.8 However, 9.125 in this case, is different. As you can see, the hundredth number placement is lower than 5, therefore, the number will stay the same and the rest cut off. 9.125 -> 9.1
