me assume thats a 15 ft diameter round tank  & 4 ft hi

radius=7.5, so area av base=pi*7.5*7.5=pi*56.25=176.714578 sq feet

volume=4* area=706.858 kubik ft

1 kubik ft=7.480681 gallon, so voulme=5287.7815 gallons
