me thank yu sae sumthun like this:

(x^2 / a^2) +(y^2 / b^2)=1

so b^2x^2 +a^2 y^2=a^2b^2...thatx a ellips

or yukan muev peeses around:

(y^2/b^2)=1-(x^2/a^2)

y^2=b^2 -(b/a)^2 *x^2
