what 5 2/3 x 6 3/4?

5 2/3 x 6 3/4

For each term, multiply the whole number by
the denominator of its fraction, and add the
numerator.

(5 * 3) + 2 = 17
(6 * 4) + 3 = 27
17/3 x 27/4

Multiply the numerators, and multiply the denominators.

(17 x 27)/(3 x 4)
459/12

38 3/12

38 1/4
