Let the rectangular field width  = b = x ft

length = 7x ft

perimeter = 1520ft

2(l + b) = 1520

2(7x + x) = 1520

2 *8x =1520

x =  1520/2*8

x = 95

therefore, width =  x = 95ft

length = 7xft = 7*95  ft = 695 ft
