how to get the transfer function of a second order system using system identification toolbox?

I have prepared the simulink model of a simple second order spring mass system and obtained the desired output.Now i want to get the transfer function(assuming it to be unknown) of the  system ,from the known input and output using system identification toolbox.can you help me in this regard..
