5x^y - 25xy/ 5x^2 - x^3  factored out  5x on top and x^2 from bottom

5x(x^(y-1) - 5y / x^2 (5 -x)  divide out an x

5(x^(y-1) -5y / x(5-x)

a^2/ab^2   divide out  on top and bottom
