what you would usually do is cross multiply, i dont believe this question has an answer

first add 9 and 7 you would get 16

m/5 = m/16 (not true m/5 is equal to m/5 not m/16 makes no sense but ill keep doing it)

now cross multily

you should get 16m = 5m (again makes no sense 16 is not equal to 5)
