what I do first is get rid of the fractions ( I hate fractions) i would multiply each side by  5.

5(2x/5 -x/3)=2*(5)

2x-5x/3=10

now do the same thing with the other fraction

3(2x-5x/3)=10(3)

6x-5x=30

1x=30 (divide each side by 1)

x=30 is your answer
