(40 + 80 + m) / 3 = 50

40 + 80 + m = 150

120 + m = 150

m = 30

(40 + 80 + m + v) / 4 = 60

(40 + 80 + 30 + v) / 4 = 60

40 + 80 + 30 + v = 240

150 + v = 240

v = 90
