circumference = 2 * Pi * radius

C = 2 * Pi * r

r = C / (2Pi)

area = Pi * r^2

area = Pi * (C / (2Pi)^2

area = Pi * C^2 / (4 * Pi^2)

area = C^2 / 4Pi
