After you distribute everything it should look like this:

3x-15-4x=6x-60-x+5

lets clean it up a bit (put like terms together)

-15-x=5x-55

get x on one side:

-15=6x-55

40=6x   40/6 = 6x/6   x= 40/6 or 20/6 or 6.6667
