(x - 4)/(2x - 8)/3x/2 =

(x - 4)/(2x - 8) x 2/3x =

2(x - 4)/3x(2x - 8) =

(2x - 8)/(6x^2 - 24x) =

2(x - 4)/6x(x - 4) =

2/6x = 1/3x
