Follow the rules of PEMDAS.

equation: 6•4+2-5 (7-4)

First is parentheses. (7-4)= 3

now you have: 6•4+2-5 (3)

Second is multiplication: 6•4= 24    , 5 (3)= 15

now you have: 24+2-15 = 26-15 = 11

Answer: 11
