?????????? y2 ????????? iz zat spozed tu be y^2 ???????

evaluate 3(11x-y) -9(x+y^2) for x=3 & y=-5

y^2=(-5)^2=25

3[(11*3 -(-5)]=3(33+5)=3*38=114

-9(x+y^2)=-9(3+25)=-9*28 =-252

114-252=-138

Excellent! Thank you!!
if (in y2) 2 is exponent.

3(11x-y)-9(x+y2)for x=3 and y=-5

3(11(3)-( -5 ))-9((3)+(-5)2.

(33(9)-(-15)-(27+(-225))

297+15-27-225

60.
