sum of zero= alfa+beta= 6= -b/a=-6/1  

product of zero=alfa*beta=4=c/a=4/1     { the value of 'a' in both side should be same)

here we get a=1

                  b=-6

                  c=4

therefore our required polynomial=  x^2-6x+4
