16x² + 3 = 8x
16x² - 8x + 3 = 0
16x² + 4x - 12x + 3 = 0 {factoring by grouping, split -8x into 4x and -12x}
4x(4x - 1) - 3(4x - 1) = 0 {factored 4x out of 1st two terms & -3 out of last two}
(4x - 3)(4x - 1) = 0 {factored 4x - 1 out of the two terms}
4x - 3 = 0 or 4x - 1 = 0 {set each factor equal to 0}
4x = 3 or 4x = 1 {added 3 and added 1, respectively}
x = 3/4 or x = 1/4 {divided each equation by 4}
