perhaps that is spozed tu be

[(81x^-8)*(y^12)]^-1/4

x^y^z is x^(yz)

so (x^-8)^-1/4=x^2

(y^12)^-1/4=y^ -3

81^-1/4=1/4th root(81)=1/3

anser: (1/3)*(x^2)*(1/y^3)
