Why does 3x3+3+4=4x4

Question

New Pattern I have noticed and works for all numbers, if not yet discovered, do not take credit for this pattern. Also if the numbers differ by two then, 3x3+3+4+4+5=5x5, and so on for greater differences.

1+3=4=2^2

1+3+5=9 =3^2

1+3+5+7=16 =4^2

& so forth
