2x/3 + 5/9 = x/9
9[2x/3 + 5/9 = x/9] {multiplied entire equation by LCD, 9}
9(2x/3) + 9(5/9) = 9(x/9) {multiplied each term by 9}
6x + 5 = x {cancelled and multiplied what's left}
5 = -5x {subtracted 6x from both sides}
x = -1 {divided both sides by -5}
