(17/24)x  -(18/24)x -(4/3) < 11/12

-(1/24)x  < 11/12 +(4/3)

-(1/24)x <  (11/12) +(16/12)

-(1/24)x < 27/12

-x  < 24*(27/12)...648/12 or 54

so  +x > -54
