line 1: 7x-4y=-3c

line 2: 3x+4y=10

line 1+line2: 10x=10-3c

x=1-0.3c

from line 2...y=(10-3x)/4

=2.5-(3/4)*(1-0.3c)

=2.5 -0.75 +0.225c

y=1.75 +0.225c
