I'm not sure whether to set the whole equation equal to zero or get both of the x variables on one side of the equal sign.

-(1/2)x^2 +6x -9=6

or -(1/2)x^2 +6x -15=0

or x^2 +12x -30=0

anser: x=2.1240384 or -14.1240384

it take root(264)=16.248076809

& -b/2a=-6

so yu get (-6) +-8.1248...
