Finance Canada has annoucedd rate increases for some of its existing Canada Savings Bond Issues. Rates will be increased to 5.20 per cent per annum for a three-month period ending Aug. 31, 2000. Effective June 5, 2000 we will be adjusting our Canada Savings GIC rates for the same issues.
