bottom:9* (9 & 3/5)=9*9 =9*(3/5)=81 +27/5 =81+5.4=86.4

top: -4 -4 -(3/5) +(7 &1/2)=-8 -0.6 +7.5=7.5-8.6=-1.1

top/bottom=86.4/(-1.1)=-78.54545454...

or -78 & 27/50
