0.135 bout 1/8=good nuf for normal folks

but teech want 135/1000, then kut it down

Acutally, you are wrong, but also right. I see what you meant, but .135/1000 is equivellent to 135/1,000,000. You meant to say 135/1000

In simplest form, .135 is 27/2000.
