MIT. E=mc^2, so E/c^2 = m; square root of -1 = i; pv = nRT (ideal gas law), thus pV/nR = T.

The solution is MIT. E=Mc^2, so E/c^2=M. sqrt(-1)=i and PV=nRT, so PV/nR=T, so you get MIT.
by

E = mc^2  =>  m = E / c^2

Square root of -1 =>  i

PV = nRT  =>  T = PV / nR

Therefore, the meaning of that equation on the T-shirt is MIT, which means the Massachussetts Institute of Technology.
