10 / 999 = 0.01001001001 (repeats forever)

10 / 100 = 0.1

Answer:  No.

Three digits on top, two digits on bottom:

999 / 10 = 99.9 (two digits left of decimal)

100 / 99 = 1.010101 (repeats forever) (one digit left of decimal)

Answer:  No.
