( 2(x-2)(x+2) / (x-5)(x+5) ) * ( (x+5) / (-2(x-2) )

The 2's cancel and the - comes out front

-( (x-2)(x+2) / (x-5)(x+5) ) * ( (x+5) / (x-2) )

The x+5's cancel and the x-2's cancel
