Problem statment:

Tinytowns minicipal sales tax is 8%. Nomally, all purchases incluse sales tax. Thus, for example, and item which is priced at $100 will cost the consumer $108. One day Chucks Bike-O-Rama advertises a "No Sales Tax Today" sale.

Question:

Assuming that Chucks prices do not change, by what percent will a consumer save if he or she shops at Chucks on this day, instead of a normal day? The answer is not 8% (the book states that)
